Wai Han Tang FCPA (Aust) has a significant work experience, starting from 1995 as an Internal Audit Executive at Great Eastern Life. They then worked as a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from 1997-2001. From 2001-2002, they served as a Client Services Manager at Deloitte Australia. They later joined Equity Trustees as the Head of Audit & Risk from 2003-2008. Then, they moved to Citi, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Security Pricing & Data Management for Citi Asia operation hub from 2008-2015. Currently, Wai Han Tang is the Director of Operations at UOB Asset Management since 2016.

Wai Han Tang FCPA (Aust) completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with a focus on Business Policy & Strategic Management at Flinders University from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they completed the South Australian Matriculation program with a specialization in Accounting at Taylors College Kuala Lumpur in 1990. Wai Han Tang also obtained a CISA qualification in Management Information Systems, General from the Information Systems Audit & Control Association in 2006. Wai Han is currently pursuing the Fellow CPA qualification through the CPA Australia Program.
