Josefina Bettinelli

Josefina Bettinelli is an experienced Organizational Development Manager at UOL since July 2022, overseeing the strategic execution of a comprehensive organizational development strategy and enhancing onboarding procedures. Previously, Josefina served as the Culture & Engagement Global Coordinator at Natura &Co, where a global engagement strategy was developed, achieving 89% engagement during challenging periods. At Natura, Josefina held several roles including L&D & Talent Management Global Coordinator, focusing on talent management strategies and organizational transformation projects. Early career experience includes various HR positions at Unilever, where leadership programs were designed and employee relations were managed. Josefina holds a degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador.
