Emilio Patricio Gómez

Emilio Patricio Gómez has extensive work experience in the field of technology and digital transformation. Emilio has held various leadership roles in different companies. Their recent role as IT Director at Up Sí Vale involved managing the company's technological infrastructure and improving payment processes. Prior to that, as CTO at Banco PagaTodo, they provided technical leadership, oversaw technology architecture, and managed a team of software engineers. Emilio also worked as the Innovation & Digital Development Director at Banco Azteca, where they managed the development of applications for digital payment methods. Emilio has experience in coordinating teams, solving technical problems, and implementing high-quality solutions. Emilio has a strong background in digital strategy, leading transformations, and managing information systems.

Emilio Patricio Gómez has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1988, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Unidad Profesional Interdisciplinaria de Ingeniería y Ciencias Sociales y Administrativas. Emilio continued their education at the same institution and completed an MBA degree in Business Administration from 1995 to 1998.

In 2012 and 2013, Emilio pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications Economics at UNED. Following this, they attended Universidad Tecmilenio from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies Management.

Switching gears to executive education, in 2014 and 2015, Emilio participated in the ACTUALIZACIÓN DIRECTIVA PROGRAM IN COMPANY CISCO-GOBIERNO offered by IPADE Business School, focusing on Administration and Business Management. Additionally, in 2001, they completed the Formación Social Empresarial program at the Unión Social de Empresarios de México.

Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Emilio completed a doctoral degree in Administrative Sciences from IUV Universidad, specializing in Administration.

Emilio has also acquired several certifications to complement their education. These include the ITIL 4 Foundation certification obtained in March 2020 from PeopleCert, the Information Security Specialist certification obtained in April 2017 from the Asociación Latinoamericana de Profesionales en Seguridad de Información S.C., and the SCRUM MASTER CERTIFIED SMC certification obtained in April 2017 from SCRUMstudy. Additionally, they hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management obtained in November 2016 from PEOPLECERT and the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification obtained in November 2016 from SCRUMstudy.
