Pablo Menchaca

Pablo Menchaca has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Pablo currently serves as the Country HR Director at Up Sí Vale, where they play a key role in corporate transformation and innovation. Prior to this, they worked as the Culture/Training Director at the same company.

Before joining Up Sí Vale, Pablo held positions at Gentera, where they worked as the Thinking Partner Innovation Sub-director and the Innovation Productivity Sub-director.

Pablo also co-founded Gruk Intelligence Lab, where they served as the Head of Intelligence & Innovation. During their time there, they significantly increased customers' sales through data analytics and commercial acceleration strategies.

Additionally, Pablo has experience in academia, having worked as a Professor at Universidad Riviera.

Prior to that, they were employed by Telmex as the Head of Digital Intelligence and by Visionaria as the Commercial Acceleration Manager.

Pablo has also worked at BBVA Bancomer, TV Azteca, MIS Group, and Grupo Bimbo in various roles related to pricing, business strategy, sales, and commercial accounts.

Pablo Menchaca's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing specialized in Market Segmentation from Universidad del Tepeyac, A.C., which was completed from 1998 to 2002. Pablo also pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2019 to 2021. In 2014 and 2015, they completed a Business Intelligence Diploma from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Additionally, they pursued language certifications such as a Business English Diploma from the Canadian College of English Language in 2009 and a Business English Specialization from the University of Alberta in 2008 and 2009.

In terms of certifications, Pablo has obtained various certifications in data analysis and modeling, including "Advanced Modeling with Modeler," "Deployment with Modeler," "Data Manipulation with Modeler," and "Introduction to Data Mining," all from PASS in 2012.
