Emily Feairs

Emily Feairs is an accomplished founder and coach dedicated to empowering women to assume leadership roles through Emily Feairs Coaching, a venture started in 2011. With extensive experience in coaching, particularly in a community development capacity at Up With Women, Emily utilizes a trauma-informed approach to support women overcoming significant life challenges. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Director of Communications for the Ontario Ministry of Housing, where strategic leadership and communications were vital. Emily's background includes significant positions in public relations and community management, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University and a coaching certification from the CoActive Training Institute.
