Diletta Bernasconi has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Diletta started their career as a Customer Relations and Marketing Intern at IKEA Group in 2015, where they analyzed customer satisfaction and loyalty. After that, they worked as an Executive Account Assistant at P.R. & Go Up Communication Partners, where they provided support for event planning and organization. Diletta then joined T Bar as an Event Support, where they promoted the venue and assisted in organizing events.
In 2015, Diletta became a Marketing Specialist at Trotec Laser GmbH, where they managed event planning and organization and also handled content creation and eCommerce order management. Diletta later worked as a PR & Marketing Specialist at Daniel Wellington, where they supported global marketing calendar planning and localized campaigns for the Italian market. Diletta also managed budgets and analyzed ROI.
From 2020 to 2023, Diletta served as a Marketing & PR Manager at Springa, where they set up and developed the Marketing and Communication department and implemented market analysis and strategy. Diletta also managed trade marketing activities and partnerships.
Currently, Diletta is working at Up2You as a Product Marketing role, where they are involved in promoting sustainable development and reducing environmental impact. Diletta manages the company's carbon credits and utilizes blockchain technology for transparency and reliability.
Diletta Bernasconi began their education at Liceo Linguistico V. Bachelet, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Languages from 2007 to 2012. Following their secondary education, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Social and Political Sciences.
