Justin Loftas has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Justin started their career at IBM as a Service Leader and later moved to Boots, where they held various roles including Team Lead, Service Desk Manager, and Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Partners in IT as a Consultant, taking on multiple roles such as Senior ServiceNow Consultant, ServiceNow Implementation Consultant, and ITSM Best Practice Consultant. Justin then worked at Fruition Partners, TESM LTD, and TESM, gaining experience as a Technical Team Lead, Development Manager, and ServiceNow Senior Product Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Director at UP3 Services Ltd. Overall, Justin's expertise lies in service delivery, solution delivery, technical support, and development, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
