Dmytro Cherepovskyi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Backend Engineer at UP42 since August 2019, Dmytro has driven various initiatives including the implementation of a Satellite Tasking ordering engine and the redesign of the Ordering Engine. Dmytro also held leadership roles as Backend Chapter Coordinator and Architecture Chapter Coordinator, facilitating tech debt management and fostering inter-chapter communication. Prior to UP42, Dmytro gained valuable experience at Zalando SE in personalization and data engineering, and MURKA as Solutions Team Lead and Backend Developer. Dmytro's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Donetsk National Technical University.
