Juan Pablo Murguía Ashby

Juan Pablo Murguía Ashby has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Presidente del Consejo Consultivo de Vinculación at UPAEP since January 2023, Juan Pablo also holds the position of CEO at Murguía, a company specializing in bonding, insurance, and risk management, since October 2000. Additionally, Juan Pablo has contributed as a Member Engagement Officer at YPO from October 2019 to August 2025 and served as Presidente of USEM-México Unión Social de Empresarios de México from February 2015 to August 2025. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Dirección from IPADE Business School (2002-2003) and an Actuary degree in Mathematics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (1993-1998), along with foundational education at Centro de Educación y Cultura Ajusco (1980-1993).
