Elizabeth Dade is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Director of CRM at Upbound Group, Elizabeth develops and drives communication strategies across various channels, leads the transition to new customer data platforms, and drives revenue growth through innovative campaign management. Prior experience includes significant roles at Rent-A-Center, where Elizabeth implemented personalized marketing strategies, optimized campaigns, and supported new brand launches. Elizabeth's extensive background also includes positions at ReachLocal and Chick-fil-A, where foundational skills in campaign management, customer engagement, and marketing strategy were developed. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
