Kristen Gibbs

Kristen Gibbs has a diverse work experience in various technology and transformation roles. Kristen is currently working as the Director of Technology & Transformation at Upbound Group since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff in the CDIO Office at Aflac from September 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as the Chief of Staff in the CTO Office at United Technologies from November 2017 to September 2019. Kristen also served as the IT Value Capture Portfolio Manager in the CIO Office at DXC Technology from April 2017 to October 2017. Kristen has prior experience as the Business Operations Lead in IT Cloud & Compute Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to March 2017. Kristen started their career at HP, where they worked as the Business Operations Lead in Global IT Enterprise Architecture from August 2013 to October 2015 and as an IT Storage Operations & Delivery Engineer from June 2011 to July 2013.

Kristen Gibbs obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Kristen completed their degree from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Kristen Gibbs also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Master, obtained in May 2014 from Scrum Alliance, and ITIL v3 Foundation, obtained in May 2013.
