Kostas Flokos serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HPCMinds since June 2020 and has held the position of General Manager at UpcoMinds since May 1997, where expertise includes Java/J2EE and .NET development, IT integration services, and business-driven solutions using Bonita BPMS. Additionally, Kostas has been the CEO of AGEify since January 2017 and has worked as a Reviewer and Evaluator for the European Commission's H2020 and FP7 projects since April 2012. Earlier career roles include COO at i-dentity, Architect on an IAM project at 4all Networks, and Technical Manager at OLAF - European Commission. Kostas holds a Ph.D. in Distributed Computer Systems and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ethniko Metsovio Polytechnico, along with a high school degree from Varvakeio.
