Adam Breitkreuz, MBA has held a variety of roles in the business and entertainment industries since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management and as a Property Manager and Contractor for Kruse Ind. In 2008, they were a Project/Property Manager for F&E Investments. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Professional Hockey Player for Duisburg Fuchse. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Director of Festival Operations, Assistant Producer, and Customer Service, Street Team Coordinator & Grant Writer for Republic Live Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Operations for Starseed Entertainment and the Executive Director for Autism Okanagan. Currently, they are the Director of Operations for UpCounsel and the Director of Business & Finance for WayBase.

Adam Breitkreuz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity Western University in 2019, specializing in International Business and Non-profit. Adam attended Briercrest College and Seminary from 2006 to 2008, studying Business. Adam attended University of Calgary from 2005 to 2006, but did not pursue a degree. Adam completed their secondary education at Eagle River Secondary School from 1997 to 2001.
