Meg Sandman

Meg Sandman is the VP of Operations at Upcounsel. Prior to their current role, Meg served as the Director of Supply for 2nd Address and as a co-founder for Dabble.

Meg has experience streamlining business operations and moving from manual work to automated systems. During their time at 2nd Address, they built out a partnership management team as well as associated processes. Additionally, Meg developed the host acquisition process for the business.

At Dabble, Meg wore many different hats, including fundraiser, developer, designer, and operations manager. In less than a year, they built and launched a mobile app. This required learning mobile development, creating a go-to market strategy, conducting customer research, aligning partners, and providing customer support.

Meg Sandman has a BA in Psychology from Yale University. Meg also has a High School diploma from Castilleja School. Lastly, they have a Graduate degree from Dev Bootcamp.

Meg Sandman works with Mason Blake - Co-founder & CTO, Tim Parks - VP of Growth. Their manager is Matthew Faustman, Co-founder & CEO.
