Lindsey Dole

Lindsey Dole is SVP of People at Updater. Lindsey was previously Head of People at Tumblr from February 2012 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were a Sales Recruiter at Google from February 2011 to February 2012. Lindsey began their career in July 2008 as an Account Manager at JWT, where they worked on the Estee Lauder / ADF account.

Lindsey Dole has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Writing from Colgate University. Lindsey also has certification from LifeLabs Learning as a Founding Community Member.
