Matthew Boyle

Matthew Boyle has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Matthew is currently working as the Lead IT Engineer at Updater since April 2023. Before this, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Gopuff from June 2020 to April 2023, where they were responsible for developing IAM strategy, implementing Okta, and managing various systems. Prior to that, they worked at ShopRunner, first as a Senior IT Engineer from March 2019 to May 2020, where they managed Okta, G Suite, and other systems, and collaborated with DevOps and Security teams. Matthew then transitioned to the role of an IT Engineer from February 2018 to March 2019, supporting employees and ensuring PCI compliance. Matthew previously worked at Penn State University as an IT Project Manager from November 2014 to February 2018, where they managed the ITS project portfolio and implemented new processes. Matthew also served as a Multimedia Specialist from October 2011 to November 2014 at Penn State University, where they were responsible for multimedia services and technology upgrades. Matthew started their career as a Technical Director at Calvary Chapel of Delaware County from October 2010 to October 2011, managing weekly services and troubleshooting equipment. Lastly, they worked as a Production Director at Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM from September 2006 to May 2008, where they trained staff members and led discussions.

Matthew Boyle completed their Bachelor of Science in Management from Rowan University in the field of business, from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they pursued a Master Recording II from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, specializing in audio production. Additionally, Matthew Boyle obtained various certifications, including Jamf Certified Associate from Jamf in November 2019, Okta Certified Administrator from Okta in October 2021, and Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc. in April 2021.
