Mitch Sauers

Mitch Sauers currently serves as the CEO of UpEnergy, a company focused on making cleaner technology accessible to millions. Previously, Mitch held multiple roles at Fenix International, a part of ENGIE Group, including Commercial Director, where leadership was provided to sales, marketing, and credit teams in Uganda. In earlier positions, Mitch was involved in strategic sales management at Fenix, as well as holding roles at LATAM Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, and Banco Santander Chile, where responsibilities included investor relations, business analysis, and compliance reporting. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School.
