Role and Responsibilities: As a Partner Account Executive at UpEquity, you will be a pivotal player in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Your role will encompass:

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients from our partner channel, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with UpEquity's portfolio of services.

  • Sales Champion: Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, employing your expertise in consultative selling and value-driven negotiations.

  • Solution Architect: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive solutions that address client challenges and align with their long-term objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress toward sales targets.

  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for penetrating target markets.

  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning, staying current with product knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices in sales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of account management and/or sales development experience

  • An understanding of real estate transactions and their nuances is imperative to the success of this role. Previous real estate experience is required.

  • Ability for occasional travel to local real estate events

  • An existing lender/agent book of business is a major plus!

Compensation: Base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 plus commission
