Vice President, Customer Success/Client Service Operations at uPerform

Michael Domingues has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael began their career at GP Strategies Ltd as a Manager of Global Support and Processes, where they implemented support processes and coordinated budget planning. Michael then became the Department Director of Global Support, overseeing customer escalations and managing financial reporting.

Afterwards, Michael co-owned Camp Bow Wow, a franchise where they handled media representation, fundraising events, and business development.

Following their time at Camp Bow Wow, Michael joined uPerform as the Director of Global Support, participating in a transformation committee and creating employee development programs. Michael later served as the Director of Customer Relationship Management & Global Processes, where they increased customer interactions, reduced payroll costs, and generated qualified leads.

In their role as the Senior Director of Customer Success/Client Services, Michael led customer onboarding and engagement in an agile environment and managed teams across multiple countries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success/Client Service Operations at uPerform, reporting to the CEO and overseeing global business units to deliver exceptional client experiences. Michael designs strategic plans, stays ahead of industry trends, integrates new technologies, and maintains a consistent customer satisfaction rate of 99%.

Michael Domingues obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management from the UNM Anderson School of Management. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), which was obtained in April 2013 from the Scrum Alliance.
