Sascha Cordas

Sascha Cordas has extensive experience in the software industry. Sascha is currently working as a Senior Product Specialist at uPerform since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tacton as a Customer Success Manager from June 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Tacton, Sascha worked at ANCILE Solutions, Inc. for several roles in the EMEA Region. Sascha started as a Senior Product Consultant in June 2010 and held this position until August 2012. In this role, they provided consulting services and coached customers on best practices for managing end user documentation for SAP ERP projects. Sascha also identified pain points and offered technical recommendations.

From August 2012 to April 2015, Sascha worked as a Customer Care Representative, establishing strong relationships with EMEA customers and handling their queries. From April 2015 to June 2019, they served as a Senior Customer Success Advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing guidance on service delivery, training development, and process improvement. Sascha also collaborated with SAP Global Support and Education Account Managers.

Prior to ANCILE, Sascha worked at RWD Technologies from June 2007 to July 2010 as a European Product and Presales Consultant. Sascha specialized in content development and maintenance for ERP implementation projects and delivered product presentations and demonstrations. Sascha also conducted technical requirements analysis.

Sascha Cordas completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Sciences and Business Informatics from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. In addition, they obtained the certification of Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2015.
