Kosala Hewamadduma has extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the consumer goods industry. Kosala worked at Upfield as the Global Marketing Head for BlueBand and the Chief Marketing Officer for the Asia Pacific, NAMET, and Africa regions. Prior to that, they held various roles at Unilever, including Chief Marketing Officer for Africa, Middle East & Turkey, Asia, and Marketing Director for NAMET. Kosala was responsible for driving the marketing organization across multiple markets and managing the Personal Care category for French-speaking African countries.
