Paul Prikazsky is a leader in healthcare technology with over 12 years of experience in revenue cycle consulting, patient access, system implementations, product design/development, and strategy. As Vice President of Client Strategy, Paul leads ongoing platform optimization and performance analytics to ensure the ongoing value creation and expansion of Upfront’s partner base.

Prior to joining Upfront, Paul led consulting engagements with major health systems, spanning the revenue cycle continuum. He has advised organizations in healthcare fintech and AI/ML product strategy, covering both the provider and payer sides. He’s passionate about technology’s role in modernizing healthcare, creating unified digital experiences, and enhancing patient engagement to proactively improve the health of patient populations.
