Shivani Passi

Shivani Passi has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Shivani is currently working as the Head of Human Resources Operations-India at Upfront Healthcare, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, Shivani worked at Congruex Asia Pacific LLP, where they held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager from February 2017 to October 2023, and Deputy Director from April 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Congruex Asia Pacific LLP, they worked at Macrew Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager from December 2014 to February 2017. Shivani also has experience as an HR Manager at SmartBUZZ Inc. from December 2012 to November 2014, at Webart Softech from March 2009 to November 2012, and as a Sr.HR Executive at A-1 Technology Inc from April 2007 to February 2009.

Shivani Passi obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-11, from 2003 to 2006. In 2019, Shivani also obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI in collaboration with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
