Himanshu Manroa

Himanshu Manroa currently serves as Vice President of CX Measurement and Reporting at IDFC FIRST Bank, focusing on the design and implementation of Customer Experience metrics. Additionally, Himanshu has been a Guest Lecturer in Marketing, Analytics, and Decision Sciences since January 2020 at upGrad Campus and previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Datamatics, where responsibilities included building a sales pipeline and client engagement. With a career spanning over two decades, Himanshu has led diverse roles in market insights, research, and analytics across notable organizations such as Willis Towers Watson and Inventurus Knowledge Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and an MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management.
