Kashyap Iyer

Kashyap Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kashyap started their career as a Summer Trainee at Tata Steel, where they worked on a project to improve plant efficiency.

After that, they interned at Castrol before joining the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi as a Training and Placement Representative for Mechanical Engineering.

Kashyap then worked as a Graduate Associate at United Technologies before transitioning into the education sector. At Byju's (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.), they served as a Product Development Associate and later as a Senior Product Development Associate, where they worked on creating content and implementing various learning modules.

Kashyap then joined upGrad.com, where they held roles as a Manager and Sr. Manager in Learning Experience, leading programs in data science, techno-management, and digital marketing.

Kashyap then worked as the Head of Instructional Design at Springboard, overseeing course development in data analytics, data science, and UI/UX design.

Most recently, Kashyap has been working at upGrad Campus, where they started as an Associate Director and is currently serving as the Director of Learning Experience. In these roles, they have led teams and designed and launched numerous programs aimed at college learners, covering areas such as blockchain, AI, business analytics, and digital marketing.

Kashyap Iyer completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Varanasi from 2010 to 2014. Kashyap also acquired additional certifications including Machine Learning Specialization from Stanford University (expected in 2023), as well as Python Data Science Toolbox (Part 1) and Intermediate Python from DataCamp in 2020.
