Ronnie Screwvala is the Chairman and Co-founder of upGrad, a leading online higher education platform. Prior to this, they were the Founder of UTV, a media conglomerate spanning a leading movie studio, a broadcast network of 8 channels, a games studio, and a creative content company. Ronnie Screwvala is also a philanthropist and has been involved with the Swades Foundation, which works towards the betterment of rural India.

Ronnie Screwvala attended Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
