Janou Girardeau

Janou Girardeau is an experienced office manager with a career spanning over two decades in various administrative and managerial roles. Currently serving as Office Manager at Upgrade, Inc. since July 2025, Janou previously held the position of Office Manager and internal project manager at Moment Factory from December 2015 to July 2025. Prior to that, Janou worked at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd, where responsibilities included supervising e-commerce and marketing photography studios and coordinating operations from June 2003 to 2015. Janou's earlier experience includes roles at Communications Papineau-Couture and TQS, focusing on administrative support and communication assistance.
