Matías Gagliano

Matías Gagliano is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in fintech and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Designer at Upgrade, Inc. since September 2016, Matías focuses on the design and development of fintech platform features within a microservices architecture using Java and Spring technologies. Previous roles include Senior Java Tech Lead at True North, where Matías provided offshore engineering services, and Senior Technical Lead at Rhome Travel, offering technical guidance to technology stakeholders and leading mobile front-end development. Matías has held various engineering-focused positions, including Engineering Manager at Scale Options and Technical Lead at Lending Club, focusing on Java technologies and Agile practices. Matías holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, completed in 2007.
