Benjamin Pakalapati

Benjamin Pakalapati is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst specializing in Insights and Analytics with current experience at UpGuard since September 2023, and previously at NAB since July 2018. At NAB, Benjamin has significantly contributed to customer risk assessment through data analysis and tool development for compliance with AUSTRAC standards while also working on multiple projects including pricing tool implementation and FATCA-CRS reporting processes across various countries. Prior experience includes a Project Business Analyst role at ANZ, focusing on FATCA and CRS compliance, as well as a Business Analyst position at annecto-the people network where skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
