Jessica Pierce

Jessica Pierce is a Customer Success Manager at UpGuard, having transitioned from a role as an Application Support Engineer and Customer Success Manager at OPSWAT. Jessica's professional background includes a position as a Graduate Assistant in IT Operations at the University of Tampa, where involvement as Secretary of the Women in CyberSecurity Club (WiCyS) fostered innovation in recruitment and community engagement for women in STEM. With a strong foundation in time management and work ethic developed through various part-time and full-time roles throughout college, Jessica also served as a Resident Assistant, contributing to the creation of a supportive residential community.
