Simon Went is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager and Business Development Manager at Upham Inns since April 2021, overseeing a premium pub and restaurant near notable venues such as Ascot and Windsor Racecourse. Prior to this role, Simon was the General Manager at Ramada London North from January 2017 to March 2021, managing the largest hotel in the group and demonstrating a commitment to people leadership and coaching. Simon's earlier experience includes being the Business Owner of MB & Sia, where ownership of high-street fashion retail stores in Greece was managed from July 2007 to January 2017, showcasing expertise in financial management and operational oversight.
