Ondřej Zahradník

Ondřej Zahradník serves as the Head of AI at Upheal since June 2022, focusing on enhancing mental health support through advanced technology. Previously, Zahradník held multiple leadership roles at Avast from July 2014 to October 2021, including Director of Data Science, where Zahradník developed a large-scale machine learning system to optimize customer experience, and Senior Engineering Manager, leading data science initiatives. Zahradník also worked as Cloud Architecture Director at Avast, customizing mobile products for OEM partners. Earlier experience includes serving as Partner and Head of Development at Inmite, a role that involved project management and team leadership following the company's acquisition by Avast. Zahradník began a career in software engineering with positions at Logos, e-invent, Olympus C&S, and Aquion, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Charles University, complemented by studies at Xiamen University.
