Benjamin Hefflinger

Benjamin Hefflinger currently serves as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal at UpHealth, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Benjamin was Corporate Counsel at Supportive Healthcare Inc., overseeing a portfolio of eight behavioral health companies until the acquisition by UpHealth, Inc. Before that role, Benjamin gained experience as Associate and Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Julie W. Allison PA and as an Associate Attorney at zonelaw.com. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Florida International University - College of Law, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, and additional studies at East China University of Political Science and Law and Fox School of Business at Temple University.
