Jeremy Livianu

Jeremy Livianu has extensive experience in the life sciences industry spanning nearly 20 years. He has taken several companies public, and his areas of expertise include commercial transactions, product launches, business development, securities, litigation and healthcare compliance. Livianu was most recently the General Counsel for Cutera, Inc., a leading provider of aesthetic and dermatology solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego in chemical engineering and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School.
