Doug Rybacki

Doug Rybacki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Doug is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at UpKeep, a leading cloud-based Asset Operations Management software company. Prior to this, they co-founded Filo.co and held the position of Chief Product Officer, where they focused on developing virtual collaboration spaces.

In their previous roles at Conga, Doug served as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and VP of Product Management. Doug also worked as an Independent Consultant before joining Medversant Technologies, LLC, where they held the position of VP Client Implementation.

Before that, Doug worked at DocuSign, where they held various senior leadership positions in program and product management. Doug started their career at LexisNexis, where they held several roles, including General Manager, Senior Director, and Director in the areas of business operations, product strategy, and development.

Doug began their professional journey at the Texas Office of Court Administration, where they served as the Deputy Administrative Director. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their expertise in product management, technology, and leadership roles within the software industry.

Doug Rybacki completed their BBA in Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business between 1987 and 1991. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business during the period of 2003 to 2004.
