Ajay Bais

Ajay Bais is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global business services and operational management. Currently serving as Head of Global Business Services at UPL since May 2021, Ajay focuses on partnering with senior stakeholders to identify offshoring opportunities and establishing scalable delivery models. Prior to UPL, Ajay held the position of Head of Operations at JSW Global Business Solutions, where responsibilities included strategy development and team management. Experience also includes leading operations at GMR Group and general management roles at Apollo Hospitals Bangalore and various hotels. Ajay’s educational background includes a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master in Business Administration, and a degree from Pune University.
