Jean-Paul Alric

Jean-Paul Alric is an experienced industrial director currently at UPL since February 2019, with a focus on managing multiple sites in addition to overseeing the Central Work Council of Cerexagri, a company that specializes in organic plant protection products. Prior to this role, Jean-Paul served as plant manager at CEREXAGRI LE CANET, managing a team of approximately 50 and producing a key fungicide for organic agriculture. Experience includes production management at Hexcel Corporation for the establishment of a carbon fiber plant and various roles at AREVA and RHODIA CHIMIE focused on production, safety, process management, and research. Jean-Paul holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an engineering degree in Chemistry from Centrale Méditerranée.
