Rian le Roux

Rian le Roux has extensive experience in supply chain management and operational leadership, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Africa and the Middle East at UPL since April 2019, after previously holding the position of Supply Chain Manager for the same regions. Prior to this role, Rian worked at Arysta LifeScience from May 2010 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Head of Supply Planning and Logistics for EMEA and Regional Head of Procurement, managing significant procurement budgets and strategic sourcing. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Tsunami Crop Care (Pty) Ltd and Hygrotech Seed, overseeing production facilities and supply chain operations. Rian holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Pretoria, earned between 1985 and 1990.
