Susan Fornaro

Susan Fornaro currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at UPL since January 2023. Prior to this role, Fornaro held various positions, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary at Klöckner Pentaplast from January 2020 to January 2023, and General Counsel at BMI Group from 2018 to 2020. Fornaro has also served as a Board Member at Spunchem in 2019-2020 and has extensive experience as General Counsel at Valspar (2015-2018), which was acquired by Sherwin-Williams, and at Cabot Corporation from 2008 to 2015. Earlier career experience includes the role of International Counsel at Boston Scientific from 2006 to 2008. Fornaro holds a Doctor of Law (JD, Cum Laude) from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations (Magna Cum Laude) from Tulane University, along with an Executive Development Program certificate from Babson College. Additionally, Fornaro studied abroad at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
