Anne Garbe possesses extensive experience in customer success and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Upland Software since January 2020, Anne has progressed through multiple roles within the organization, showcasing a strong track record of customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this, Anne held the position of Senior Account Executive at Dice, District Sales Manager at ARCAT, and National Account Manager at Monster, demonstrating a consistent ability to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth. Earlier career highlights include significant achievements as a Senior Key Account Retail Consultant at Cotiviti and Senior Retail Auditor at PRGX Global, where Anne played a key role in increasing year-over-year revenue and managing audit operations. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Briar Cliff University and a Master of Music Studies from the Cleveland Institute of Music, further enhancing a diverse professional background.
