Sushanth Rao

Sushanth Rao is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Upland Software since June 2022, Sushanth previously held the position of Engineering Manager at DealerSocket, overseeing multiple squads focused on distinct program streams. Prior experience includes serving as IT Tech Lead at Fastenal Company, where Sushanth was responsible for architecture and solution development, and progressing through roles at iQuanti, Inc. from Project Lead to Senior Technology Manager within four years. Sushanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NMAM Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Google Project Management Certificate in Information Technology Project Management, alongside achieving an IELTS CLB Level 7 certification.
