Elaine Tait

Elaine Tait has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Elaine is currently the Head of Foresight at UPLAND since May 2022, where they provide strategic guidance and oversees the company's foresight initiatives. Prior to this, Elaine held the position of Principal at UPLAND from July 2016 to May 2022.

Elaine also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Visitor Beer* starting in April 2022. Elaine provides valuable insights and advisory services to the company.

Elaine Tait holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Elaine also has a Bachelors of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University. Additionally, Elaine has obtained a Certificate in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston in November 2021 and became a certified Futurist through the Association of Professional Futurists in June 2021.
