Ejiro Akporobaro

Ejiro Akporobaro is a Principal Software Architect at Uplevel. Ejiro has been in this role for 4 years, during which time they have used machine learning and organizational science to improve the health and productivity of engineering teams. Prior to their current role, Ejiro was an Engineering Associate at Madrona Venture Labs, where they partnered with founders to build meaningful companies from scratch. Ejiro also spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company, where they held various positions including Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. During their time at Disney, Ejiro led engineering and development efforts, provided technical guidance to software and QA engineers, and participated in business decision-making. Ejiro also actively developed backend web applications and services, produced RESTful APIs and RSS feeds, and integrated third-party products, services, and libraries into the backend and client-side products. In addition, Ejiro led mobile development efforts and was responsible for migrating and building software components and applications. Ejiro is also a Mentor for new hires.
