Sara P. Weiner

Sara P. Weiner is an advisor at Uplevel, a company that leverages machine learning and organizational science to elevate engineers and their managers with data-driven insights so their teams are empowered to do their best work. Prior to their current role, Sara was an independent consultant for four years, during which time they provided thought leadership and product consulting for Glint, Syndio, and WISQ. Sara also served as a principal consultant for Glint's organizational development science team for one year and four months. Prior to their consulting career, Sara spent 17 years as an HR professional at IBM, where they moved through a variety of roles responsible for teams of survey professionals using employee surveys to inform data-based decisions in hundreds of companies across all industries.

Sara P. Weiner has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, a BA in Psychology from State University of New York College at Purchase, and 2 years of study in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Syracuse University. Sara is also a SIOP Fellow.
