Addie Fargason Niedermair

Addie Fargason Niedermair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community partnerships and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic and Community Partnerships at Uplift Education since July 2024, Addie previously managed child nutrition programs at CitySquare during a transitional period. Notably, Addie's tenure at Up2Us Sports lasted for nearly seven years, where roles progressed from Program Manager to Senior Program Director, focusing on social change through sports and managing AmeriCorps coaches. Earlier positions include sales and development roles at Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights, Rhodes College, and various organizations focused on community development and environmental initiatives. Addie holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Rhodes College.
