Andrea Hernandez

Andrea Hernandez is currently a Social Work Intern at Ready for Life since August 2022 and serves as the Chief of Culture and Inclusion at Hope College, a position held since March 2020, responsible for promoting equity and inclusion within Student Congress. Additional roles at Hope College include Orientation Director, Foster Hope Initiative Secretary, Chief of Culture and Inclusion Elect, and Student Caller, each focused on student engagement, community awareness, and support services. Prior experience includes internships at Uplift Education and Braven, where Andrea developed professional skills and contributed to program planning and alumni engagement. Early work experience includes serving as a cashier at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Hope College, graduating in 2023.
