Monica Dardon

Monica Dardon, CNP, has a diverse background in education and mentoring, currently serving as a 7th Grade ELA teacher and teacher aide at Uplift Education since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an instructor at Readers 2 Leaders, a site coordinator at Reading Partners where responsibilities included managing a curriculum and supporting tutor implementation, and a site guide at Big Thought. Experience at City Year Dallas involved coordinating after-school enrichment programs and tutoring for middle school students. Additional roles include internships in marketing and administrative support, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
