Alan López García

Alan López García began their work experience as a Freelance Software and Embedded Solutions Architect in January 2019. In August 2016, they co-founded and worked as the Technical Co-Founder and Lead Fullstack and Internet of Things Engineer at Parknet LLC, an IoT hardware startup. Alan designed and optimized an IoT access controller and supervised product development efforts. From September 2011 to July 2017, Alan worked as a Data Team Lead at Centro Universitario para el Acceso, where they supervised data acquisition, quantitative research, and IT teams for an action research project. Alan also worked as a Teaching Assistant for a Computer Engineering Design Course at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from February 2017 to June 2017. In October 2018, they became a Software Engineering Consultant at Inteldot, a systems integrator and technical workforce firm. Finally, in August 2021, they founded ALGNET LLC and became the Lead Engineer. Alan's most recent position is a Firmware Engineer at Uplift, starting in September 2021.

Alan López García completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez in 2017.
