Alyssa Burke

Alyssa Burke is an experienced product design manager currently serving at Uplight since July 2019, where responsibilities include roles such as Product Line Design Lead and Scrum Master, in addition to previous roles as Senior Product Designer after the merger of Simple Energy and Tendril. Prior to Uplight, Alyssa held positions including UX Designer at Simple Energy, and Senior User Experience Designer at MU/DAI, with notable projects such as designing a system for the California Automated Response and Engagement System and an iOS application promoting energy awareness. Freelance work as a designer and roles at various companies, including Salesforce and Storyboard Cafe, round out a diverse career in user experience and product design. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a BFA in New Media from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
