Charlie Brasor

Charlie Brasor, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Grid Solutions Client Success at Uplight since May 2024. In addition, Charlie is an On Deck Customer Success Fellow, contributing to a community focused on enhancing customer-centric cultures in SaaS. Since December 2018, Charlie has been self-employed as a delivery and customer success scaling partner and advisor. Previous roles include Vice President of Software Delivery & Customer Operations at AutoGrid, Vice President of Customer Success at Voltaiq, and Head of Client Success at Urbint. Charlie's career includes significant experience at Opower, managing client success across EMEA, and project management roles at Constellation Energy and Sogeti, U.S.A. Charlie holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Energy Policy and Climate from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by international business qualifications.
